When I was younger, I had lots of acne and oily skin. As I grew older, I figured out ways to get rid of acne, oily face and have clear skin. Changing my diet made a big difference in my acne. I started eliminating processed food from my diet, and starting eating more fruits and vegetables. I went gluten and dairy free and I notice that I rarely got a pimple and I overall felt better. I also started using more natural skin care because a lot of store brought face products have harsh chemicals. If you can't eat it, why apply it to your face? Today I'm going to share with you my favorite face mask. It's perfect for oily and dry skin. It cleanses your skin by removing all the dirt and makeup on your face. Leaving your skin soft and moisturized. I love this DIY face mask because it's natural, free of harsh chemicals and you probably have these items at home.
2 Egg whites
1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
1/2 of Ripe Banana
Mix it all together and leave it for 30 minutes. Once it's a jelly consistency, apply it to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes or more. Now wash your face, and you'll notice a big difference on how clean and soft your skin feels.
